The Lifestory Practice
The Lifestory Practice is dedicated to providing a safe and supportive environment for individuals and families seeking mental health support across the lifespan.

· individual child therapy
. individual adult therapy
· child trauma processing
. adult trauma processing
· group child counselling for OOHC
. children’s emotional regulation & coping skills groups
· family therapy
. NDIS capacity building assessments, improved daily living therapy support and early childhood interventions
. therapy for parents involved with the DCP
· life coaching, a non-clinical goal oriented coaching service (1:1 or group)

The Lifestory Practice is led by experienced, trauma-informed clinicians committed to providing safe, ethical, and evidence-based care across the lifespan.
Our practitioners bring experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families, with particular expertise in trauma processing and emotional regulation.

As the needs of our local community continue to grow, so does our team. We are expanding our service to ensure timely access to high-quality therapeutic support and to strengthen collaborative care with local GPs and allied health providers.

Welcome! I’m Samantha, and I’ve spent many years supporting both children and adults as they navigate their stories and find their way toward healing. My work comes from a place of genuine care, and I strive to create a space where you can feel safe, comfortable, and truly seen.
